I recently needed a new tire on my 2024 Sienna. Although not in stock, Kendall, went above and beyond to procure one and get it installed a day ahead of the time he had quoted. The service department has been very receptive and attentive in the year that I have been visiting.

I had an emergency and got taken care of immediately.

The sales person was very informative and accommodating. He answered all questions thoroughly. He went above and beyond. Very much appreciated.

I was in Gainesville from Polk County visiting friends with my two young children and had some car trouble. I took my car in and within the same day had the answers as to what was wrong and the work was completed the next morning. Kendall was absolutely amazing and the team did great work. They were super honest and transparent and did a phenomenal job. I get weary sometimes visiting a dealership for emergent work because I have been pressured to purchase a new vehicle as mine is high mileage and paid off or felt like as a woman on my own, it's been obvious that there was an attempt to swindle me. Gatorland Toyota had so much integrity, speed, and quality of work that I'll be recommending them for everyone I know up in Gainesville. Thank you guys so much for such a great experience and letting me get my kids home safe so quickly!!

Shad is the reason!!

My Service Advisor, Shad is the BEST. He listens and genuinely cares about you as a person. This affects positively the way he cares for your car. Further, he returns calls and text messages in a timely manner. Both me and my cars are happy with the quality service that Shad gives.

Assistant Service Mgr Ariana, Technician Alex and the team as a whole repaired my Tundra and have it back quickly so I could resume my vacation. Great work.

Always a great experience

The service could be exceptional though waiting 2+ hours and still waiting at the time of writing this. Not appreciating someone’s time is maybe the worst service possible. When you know what good service looks likes hard to accept this. Hard to believe this place has 2.4K 4+ reviews. We will see if the owner responds. Update: While I do think my wait time was excessive. The management John specifically called me within approx 1 hour of my post. He listened addressed my concerns. Apologized for my wait and did not make excuses. I hope they address the wait time because I think it can overshadow a clean pleasant environment with great staff. Side note the bathroom hand towels and soap are crazy nice. I would return just for those. Went to the bathroom 2x just to wash my hands!! 5 stars for the bathroom hand towels.

Ilyana Mullins was great! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely customer oriented. When service was not performed after waiting 2 1/2 - 3 hrs., Ilyana immediately found out what the mixup was, rescheduled me to return, and apologized profusely (though none of the mix up involved her at all). I got my routine service done in 1 1/2 hrs. 3 days later; Ilyana took care of making sure it was all accomplished smoothly on that appointment.

Dylan is the Best. I Really appreciate the time that he took to explain what was going on concerning My Vehicle, Mr. Dylan is Very Knowledgeable and Detail Oriented about his Job, As a Matter of fact the Entire Staff is Knowledgeable and Friendly and will go well Above what you would expect. 5 star's with Another 5 Trillion, Thank you Gatorland Toyota Collision Center.
